Rental Durations
We offer all of our properties on an All Inclusive 30 Calendar Day Minimum rental duration ONLY. All units come fully furnished with 1 housekeeping visit minimum. Please contact admin@nileluxstays.com
Check In
You will receive a welcome pack 1-5 days prior to Check In via email. This will include all details on accessing the property. Check-in time is after 3 PM.
Check Out
All personal belongings must be removed from the property with waste baskets being emptied into the garbage or recycle bin. Bedding should be stripped of linens and piled on the bed. Keys and garage door left on the kitchen countertop, except for the key that belongs in the outside lockbox.
Check out time is no later than 11 AM.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled 60 days prior to move-in for a full refund.
If cancelled less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be issued unless the owner is able to find a replacement renter. The damage deposit and cleaning fee will still be refunded.

Is WiFi included?
Of course! All our units come with WiFi already included in our all inclusive rates. Please reference your welcome package and the helpful laminated guides within the property that offer information on WiFi, Unit Instructions, Check-out reference, and other helpful information.
Can I use Community Amenities?
Of course! Find information on how to access the amenities for your property in your welcome package.

What are the Rental Terms?
We offer a 30 calendar day rental minimum (example: July 1 to August 1). Longer leases preferred. Payment is collected up front being that this is a fully furnished, all inclusive rental. Guests are expected to replace consumables such as toiletries, detergents, and other similar items as they are used. The inventory of consumable items should be similar from move-out to move-in.
